thanks RC.ure right though shold be done right first time .ive been told my plaster when dry feels as smooth as glass and u can see a reflection in it:)

i am a joiner for 13 years ,and i also can plaster very well ,why havnt i heard of a mist coat??? .and cannot you just dry trowel the small rough part instead of filling ?

i see your prob there are a lot of 6 month wonders out there, thinking on the average size of a bathroom it may cost you around 100-150 pound materials and labour to get sorted .and dont pay nething up front :)

first of al u have to unibond (pva and water mix)the sand and cement where you removed the tiles, leave it to dry then apply again to seal the wall , depending on how deep the holes are or plaster that fell of you can either re-skim or being a woman get some ready mixed filler and screed it over...

hi all, i have a prob with my combi boiler, my central heating works fine but the hot water isnt getting hot , the boiler lights fine and has strong looking flames but no hot water comming out the tap, after about 5 mins or so the water gets luke warm ??? can ne 1 help.
