    I want to add a drain pan metal grate under my outside tap to wash boots etc. I have a 110 pipe nearby any ideas I can't seem to find such a solution. Say for example it's about 50cm square. Any ideas thanks.

    One more question do I cut the upvc sill to fit the width if opening? Or do I cut it wider and cut the corners to fit the right depth I'm note sure why but see some of our existing window sills have been cut like this.

    Iam about to fit a UPVC window in this area with sill, however i see the lead flashing isn't great in the corners see pics, can i get away with sealing all the way into the corners with lead sheet silicone and then silicone up round the frame? And a few beads across under the sill? The front...

    I have a Hychika leaf blower, its so dam good but one of the 4.0ah batteries has failed. Well it wont charge at all and the batt test button will not light up. I was considering taking the pack apart and replacing the 18650 cells, any advice? Not done this before i believe i need a spot...

    I have just taken up a load of parkay hardwood floor now left with horrible tar like adhesive over render concrete floor, obviously i want to remove this before i lay a new cement tiled floor, any suggestions on removing this horrible stuff thanks

    I have just installed the new toilet in our new ensuite. I tried to flush and it wouldn't, i knew the soil pipe etc were ok so i took the ubend off the hand basin, and voila instant flushing, so figured this is all about the water unable to exit due to some suction issue i can't fathom right...

    Thankyou for replying i guess you replied whilst i was fitting. I found some 6mm Crimp lugs and wired up now. Hopefully it won't blow up. I dont like it anyway wife's choice not mine!
