Excatky that I have spoken to my neighbour and they have messaged them going to sort it out tomorrow. Said why didn't I mention something yesterday well I sort of did.

I was just wondering if the white pipe in picture can be like that coming from next door into my waste pipe it's the condensation pipe

No the brown down pipe is only mine which is attached to bathroom so toilet and bath waste goes down it the white pipe just goes through there side building and into the brown pipe

No waste pipe Is plastic. I think they have put a little pipe through the hole and then attached a bigger pipe. I am going to talk to my neighbour about it later today

Yes so the new flue is going through their roof it used to be from side of building as boiler so old.

Yeh well that's what I thought it was more asking council for advice to be honest. Well that's what I thought too if eother of us wanting to sell or what happens if any damage to the pipe what happens then who's reliable for it.

Nothing at all to do with local council I phoned them.to ask if it is allowed or not.. yes will probably just cover it up makes it easier in the long run. I suppose

Yeh so that brown pipe is attached to my bath and toilet and goes straight into the sewerage.. I have contacted my council see what they say got to wait for a call back which will probably be next year

Yes I asked my plumber and he goes yeh I wouldn't of done that pretty cheeky as it was the easiest way that's why they done it

Yes i did say it was fine as the plumber didn't really explain himself properly. They already drilled a hole through there wall previously. Well that's it what excatky comes out of there. The neighbours are new do get along. If I do get it removed who gives me a new pipe as there eill e a hole...
