thanks John, is there any particular order that i should bleed them in?

I have a vectra 1.8LS (2001 model on X plate). I've just put new dics and pads all round and since doing so my breakes feel spongy. I've tried bleeding them but if anythingthey got slightly worse. Any ideas on how this is or the right way to bleed the brakes?
