    Many thank for all the replies I could get a bigger radiator but would still have to move the pipes. Think I will remove the plaster board to get at them and cut with angle grinder then use soldered joints to position it were I want. Many thanks for all your input.

    I take you mean an external chrome pipe fitted alond the wall? Sorry if I have caused ant confusion but the new radiator is 400mm narrowr then the old one I had hoped to bring the pipes from the wall though I think it will be easier to extend current pipe with crome right angle.
