Is there a step by step guide to what i need to do as it all sounds french to me????? Also i took an extended warranty out on this machine but if it is a coin will that be covered or will it be classed as my fault????

Is this easy to do or does it take expert knowledge?????

No spinning it by hand does not create any noise and its only when its fast spinning the noise begins.

I have just returned from my holiday and noticed my washer is working fine until it gets to the spin cycle and it sounds like a fireing range with all the banging. I have had a look and spun it whilst it is empty and cannot see anything that maybe causing a problem. Any ideas what to do next????
