Yes there's a vent in the kitchen as we have a wood burning stove in there. Have you any suggestions how to stop the paint peeling?

It should be dry, it was nearly 2 years ago and it was repainted about 8 months after it happened. Will post some pictures, if I can figure out how to do it in a little while.
