Cheers Hugh, I was thinking "getting wet" under consideration. Seems that my persuasion is not enough though. It is coming out few millimeters but then it is refuses to move. We have a flat roof so it probably is rainwater downpipe. What would be the best way to reduce/remove this noise?

Thanks unclebob1 No there is no toilet directly above. It appears to be going directly to the roof that we have in our apartment block. Just noticed there are no external gutters and the roof is quite flat but I have no access to it. I have pushed a bit of the yellow insulation to the side...
