It just means you must feed the two pump inputs from the hot and cold reservoir tanks. It won't work connected either to the cold mains supply or if your water is heated instantly by the boiler. An electrical supply does indeed power the pump. ste

Hi, I've just finished sanding and using Osmo on an oak parquet floor. Effect is very nice, but it's a little dull (even though I used the Satin version). Would a going over with a polisher bring it up a bit? Thanks in advance. Steve

As I understand things, this shouldn't happpen, but recently our boiler has stopped heating water in the hot water tank (gravity system, not pumped) despite otherwise working perfectly. What's more when the pump is turned on the hot water then heats up normally - along with the radiators. Any...
