Ok think I will go with tiling then, so a process like follows: 1) Get a plumber to remove the toilet (I have no idea how to do this) === 3) Paint the room 3) Tile the floor and the gaps between the floor and wall === 4) Replace the toilet

Could I use Lino instead of tiling, which would mean I wouldn't need to remove the toilet at any point?
