IFIWEREU id stay away from from ideal boilers, they aint what they used to be. Any decent open vented boiler should work (Vaillant, WB etc) but id advise getting a decent reputable firm around to have a look at your system and explain your options to you.

Its an Ideal Isar load of carp. Have it ripped out and replaced with a decent boiler. :D :D Or get a reputable guy round to descale the HEX

Weve a meile, with 4 dogs the hair moulting is ridiculous. It beats the dyson(weve had 4) and the hoover pets, hairs and stairs into the ground. Bags are tiny tho and you do need to change the filters regulary.
