It's a new build, but it's more than three years old, so the builders aren't interested.

Roofer: I have no problem paying the money for someone with the expertise. I just wish I could find someone professional and reliable. Armz-ee: That's what I like, someone with a solution! Can you recommend someone in the West Midlands with a three storey ladder and a hook ladder? :lol:

Thanks for nothing, just what a newbie on a forum needs... the scarcastic guy. I did ask them before trying this forum, but the nice scottish lady had never heard of a gledhill or a thermal store.

Because I am not a professional roofer that advertises their services to the general public. When I call out a roofing expert, I want someone who actually can get onto a roof and repair it. Are my expectations too high?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.. Are Gledhill Boilermates/Thermal Stores covered by British Gas Homecare agreements? I've read some conflicting reports on this.
