Hi, Just to say many thanks again for your advice. A local plumber has now checked the filters and attempted to clear any airlock with a wet-vac. The shower is still cutting out after about a minute so I guess it's over to Grohe under warranty. The plumber thinks it might be a faulty cut-out...

Hi, thanks for your reply, that might be a bit beyond my competence!! Once the Wait message goes, the shower seems to work ok with a good flow of water, it then cuts out after a minute or so and gives the error message.

Just started getting a Service 20 error with our Grohtherm Wireless shower. It's been in use for about 4 years with no problem. The shower display says WAIT, it then runs ok for a few minutes but then stops with the above error message. Any ideas please :?:
