Checked for 15 mins and no water opening into tank whilst CH only running. Is it time to get tank replaced or anything else u think needs checked also, cheers

No discolouration in hot water When turned on HW and water started to flow top circled pipe went cool(was still hot before HW turned on) and bottom one warm but top one was first to heat up properly were u could just touch it. No sign of overflow will double check tomorrow Yes smaller loft...

Yes that's correct both circled areas hot and pipework from valve until it bends coming down not hot. Heating off now 1hr30mins and circled area above the stat is still hot all other pipes cold and immersion still off at circuit.

Have turned the immersion off at circuit.

The two pipes that connect to coil are hot same temperature. The pipe from HW motorised valve is only hot in the circle part above the stat.

Pipe below HW motorised valve has change in temperature when HW turned on at programmer and shuts off when turned off. Any ideas what needs looked at next why water so hot in hot water tank when not turned on? I also got a new pump installed last month. Cheers

If I swap them will I still not have a problem with the HW valve body that needs replaced per previous answers?

I currently have Sunvic eml 3454 body, should I replace with same or Danfoss hpv22 valve body to match Danfoss actuator? See picture looking to see what pipe under motorised valve is for? CH valve was recently replaced under insurance and have just realised its not secured on body with screws...

Does the whole system need drained down to replace?

Turned on CH, pipe from HW motorised valve is slight warm can wrap hand around it and hold on, very hot pipe leading to HW valve and can only touch that. Is this an easy fix and we're do I start?
