I've pulled it out and stripped the left side off and ran it through a cycle.
it looked a bit grubby but was moving freely, there was no sign of water near the leaky floaty bit (tech term) either.
it went through the cycle fine so i had a cup'o'tea and did it again...
could be a damaged cable in the back of a socket or sw/fused spur, or even just damp in back of box, junction box, or appliance as this is a basement and garage circuit.
latent faults like these can be hard to find even with proper test equipment.
patients will be required
dishwasher runs 2 3rds of its cycle, drains, pump keeps running (even when you open the door), and sticks there untill you stop it manually.
It a bosch sgs43e02gb/45, 5 yrs old, not high use.
