Got it now, thanks. Pull back the collar and prise the rubber off with a screwdriver.

Just wondered if anyone knows how to get this drill apart. I have removed all the screws in the body but there are 2 hidden behind the chuck collar the you pull back to release the drill bit. The only option I can see is to cut a piece out of the collar to get to them. Or does the chuck come off...

Just an update. Apparently, according to a Worcester Bosch engineer the original installer wired the EMS low voltage bus to the mains by mistake and burnt out the low voltage side of the board. The rest of the board is still working fine so the boiler is working, the board is now going to be...

Wow that was quick and really helpful. Thankyou all very much. I'm not going to mess with it because the engineer said he will be back next week. I just like to know whats going on when things dont work, especially when they are brand new. Thanks again.

Just wondered if anyone would know this. I just had a Worcester Greenstar 30i installed with the Wave Smart Thermostat system. The thing is it's not working, boiler is working fine but the Wave is not, no display or anything. The engineer said it's all connected correctly. I've checked the...
