What's the point of having all your TRVs set to max? Why not just have normal valves if you're going to do that?

When the stat for the UFH calls for heat, do both pumps and the boiler fire up? With the zone valves open on manual at the moment, do any of the radiators get hot/warm when the UFH stat kicks in?

Hi Chris, I don't actually have a Heatslave - I was just helping someone who did. However, the X4 connector is for connecting a dual-channel controller for both DHW and CH. If you're just adding a room stat, connect it to X2, as per the docs. Cheers, Stu
