    Will need to check on earthing arrangement when I get home. Fairly confident that it's TN-S, though. The run will be about 8-10 metres from the gas pipe entry point to the main earth. Thanks for your help.

    Hi All, Firstly apologies that this isn't really a DIY question - I'm just wanting to check on something. Our gas meter has just been moved to an external meter box (attached to the house wall) and we have been told we'll need to have an earth cable running from the new meter position back...
