As you press down on the pin the corresponding flow meter will move to a closed position. Is this happening?

Try to increase the temperature control mounted just below the pump. Also unscrew the blue cap on the third circuit and make sure the pin underneath is moving freely. Use a tool to press down on the pin. Maybe it is stuck closed and not allowing hot water to flow.

If we remove motorised valves, room thermostats, and vr71 wiring centre….How can we link/wire Vaillant Ecotec plus boiler to unvented cylinder and ufh?

I am trying to understand your message. Would it be possible to remove motorised valves, vr71 wiring centre and room thermostats? The Vaillant Ecotec plus with vrc 720 and weather compensator would be sufficient to run all radiators and ufh in one continuous loop.
