MY vokera compact bolier gets heat to the radiators but no hot water comes to the taps. The pipes get warm it seems but doesn't distribute any heat out of my taps. The inititakl heat comes out for 3 seconds really hot then ice cold after that. A yellow light comes on instead of the green also...
