Go for standard size gutter if it will fit okay... I fit my fascia brackets at 800mm centres and 2 pipe clips per 2.75m downpipe. Hope this helps :mrgreen:

Defo EPDM....ive used felt for years now, technology moves on and so do building materials.....ive now been fitting epdm for 4 years and would never go back to laying felt. Hope my tuppence worth helps make up your mind.

There is a product made by Everbuild called Aquapol....its a fibreglass/bitumen type product that will make light work of your job, its about £50 for a 5 litre tin but worth every penny.

Speak to your local council....if no joy from them then i would be bloody minded and stick a stopend each side of my gutter and let the neighbours inherit the issue....**** em.... :D

You are looking anywhere between £40-£100 per linear meter of fsg to be done correctly (removing all old timber fascia and soffit).... Dont assume though, that you will get a better job done the more you will pay as there are some excellent private fsg installers about that wont charge the...
