    Black/Green Patches on Orangery Floor

    Can anyone help identify what these patches are, where they are coming from and what we can do about them please? Orangery was built in 2013. Patches first appeared about 3 years ago but are getting worse. They do not feel damp and we have very little condensation. Thanks.
