    painting above a conservatory

Thanks for the reply, I am painting the house at some stage and since I last did it we have had the conservatory put in. Everywhere else is fine but the wall above the conservatory is the pain. Maybe I will try and do that bit with a roller.

This minimiser don't seem to be a popular boiler with you guys as far as cleaning is concerned. Don't take this the wrong way, would the reason be you have to spend a bit of time and elbow grease to get the job done with this boiler. I happen to have a neat little sander that gets in most cracks...

    SERVICING COSTS

I appreciate your encouragement, its given me confidence to give it a go. I thought I would get over the problem of fitting new seals by using bathroom sealant, good quality stuff of course, I don't know which seals I need or where to get them anyway. Cleaning the heat exchanger cant be any...

    CLEANING MINIMISER BOILER

I never did expect anyone to condone my putting myself or anyone else in danger by working on a boiler when I have no idea how to go about it. The reason I asked was precisely BECAUSE I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, but thought maybe cleaning this thing could be at least partially done without the need...

    CLEANING MINIMISER BOILER

Ollski.... OK I am not trying to pick a fight. I started out politely asking advice as to whether cleaning this boiler was a diy possibility. The reply I get is ''What the f*** do you think the major part of servicing involves?'' I doubt if this would be the reply in a face to face situation...

    CLEANING MINIMISER BOILER

I obviously have not hit on the site I was hoping to find. I WAS hoping to get some intelligent advice and not sarcasm. It seems this forum is made up of people in the trade. Judging by the amount of people in this industry ripping people off, especially the elderly and most vulnerable, the...
