Wouldn't I still require 4 cores plus earth from the boiler rather than the 3 core plus earth which is currently wired? Live Neural Earth Heat on Heat off

It is fed from a combi boiler so no need for the hot water call. The client wants to scrap the 2 zones and just be able to control everything from 1 hive thermostat

1 thermostat upstairs and 1 downstairs. Both wired back to joint box on first floor next to the 2 x 2port valves then a 3 core and earth is wired down to the boiler in the garage

Im looking to incorporate 2 heating zones into 1 using Hive. The issue I have at a client's property is that the wiring centre is at the opposite end of the house from the boiler and where the new Hive reciever would be. Currently there is only a 3 core and earth from the boiler/reciever area...
