    No marks or anything obvious, other than a CE mark. I did put it all back as I decided that disconnecting stuff wouldn't really help. It's now locked into CH+HW (thanks to ChrisR) so we now await British Gas... ( This was fitted by British Gas about 2 years ago..)

    Thanks Chris - I've just got under the valve and can now see how to lock/latch it into the middle. I couldn't figure out how it could be 'fixed' before... Thanks again.

    Can anyone help me please and I have little idea as to what i'm oding :-). I have hot water but no heating. British gas can't get to me til tuesday :( (so much for 3* cover...) The three way valve thing doesn't appear to be working (but this could be a red herring!). There is a leaver on...
