    hi, weve got a ravenheat csi 85t, all looks ok, but at morning startup it tries to start a few times before it stays on, if i run hot water at this time it stays on ok, afternoon start up seams ok, any ideas please, condensation trap is ok and 3 way valve works when switching to hot water...

    i have changed 2 rads for more efficient ones and its wierd, some times they are hot and then not, no air in them either?

    sounds like your 3 way valve, the thing like a heart, isnt touching switches at change over, replace it and see.
