    Heh we have, brick to brick -10mm. Gazman's a pro and he suggested that I get a surveyor incase there's any problems later down the line: measurements, BC regulations etc.

    I don't think it's a question of compliant. It's at the discretion of the planners so it's more about how they feel on the day. The official reason was that it's "out of character with the area"
