Have you tried asking someone else to look at it? It seems a bit risky to just let the pooling continue because of long term issues. I once had a similar problem with water pooling. Maybe they can help you out.

Hi, I have got the same question, I have bought an anti-slip shower tray, but I don't know if it needs anymore installation? Does it need any waterproof glue or does it not need any more actions? I would appreciate all the help, thanks!
