    Diplomat Washing Machine Drum Not Turning

    My Diplomat washing machine drum only turns intermittently and makes an awful noise. This is regardless of load size/weight. As I've said, the drum does turn but not all the time. Could this be a faulty belt???. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Footings for a pre-fab garage

    My brother in law intends to erect a pre fab garage which basically consists of large concrete panels all bolted together at the end of his garden. Will he need footings for this and if so how deep etc or would a simple concrete pad be acceptable, again if so how deep.
