vokera shuts down after an hour. I press red button and it fires up again then about an hour later same thing happens could it be thermister?

hi kevplumb greenlight is on when you turn hot water and heating on and a noise like a moter but nothing happens and when you turn the switch to hot water only nothing happens not even the noise of the moter any suggestions there is no orange or red light tarra.

i have a baxi bahmaha 100 there is no orange or red light just clicks no hot water or heating help.
