    electric ignition on neff gas hob

    Hob model No is T2346. One of the burners does not stay on when the control knob is released - even pressing the knob for 30 seconds or more does not solve the problem. Could it be a thermocouple problem - and if so, is it easy to fix? Would be very grateful for any advice.

    neff gas hob ignition problem

    one of the 4 burners on my hob ignites quickly, but does not stay on when finger is lifted off the control - even if the control knob is held down for over a minute. Can anyone help?
