Did as you suggested - had to remove the flaky parts of the paint first, because the paint around one scratch started to bubble, then sanded it a bit around the edge of the scratch and touch painted (10x10 cms) with a roller brush. Looks great now. Thanks for your time guys.

Hi, My relative was trying to remove a sticky tape from a wall and left a small, roughly 1"x1", damage on the wall: It is not deep, look like only the surface (paint?) has been damaged. What should I do to properly fix it? If it only needs a paint over, what type of paint...
