This was my thinking but seems to be the minority view here! This was built on top of very old foundations, to replace a triple garage that was no longer structurally sound (from I would guess the 1950s). Is the consensus that this is not safe to keep using - any other opinions?
This garage/shed was built about 15 years ago. The crack appeared shortly afterwards and as far as I can tell hasn't changed since.
It is just used for storage etvc.

This pipe is dripping where the two horizontal pipes connect to the main pipe. Tried to fix it with silicone but still drips - does this whole section need to be replaced? What's the process if all glued together?
I removed the loose material in my fireplace hearth but have been left with these holes. What filler would you recommend to fill them in?
This is not being used as a fireplace and I plan to cover with a coat of toupret masonry filler to make while thing smooth and paint.
