No condensate pipe is bone dry, it's dripping from the end of the plume

After some advice! Vaillant boiler plume is constantly dripping from the tip, enough that the ground is always damp. Is this normal, and is it an issue?

This arrangement with the sink waste boss (blue arrow) seems to be causing some crazy gurgling sounds from the sink. Can anyone offer any advice? The bath waste boss (green arrow) doesn't gurgle at all. It seems like bossing in before the SVP causes some kind of vacuum? No blockages, I've...
