Can anyone tell me how to correctly install APT Thunder Bolts into a concrete drive please? The builders Merchant didn't really have a clue other than "drill a hole and tighten the nut". What stops it swivelling in the hole?

I have to erect a free-standing 1m post onto a concrete drive. The post will support a 2m picket gate, which will be removed frequently. I also need to remove the post itself, but less frequently. :) What is the best or easiest way to do this, preferably without leaving a 250mm lump of metal...
