I would scrap them all immediately, just DO IT! They will not be missed.

I totally agree that we are full up. However, can you get a toilet cleaner for a quango who stays and is reliable? No is the answer. I say force the immigrants to do the low paid jobs and if they don't like it, tell them to bugger off home.

Quangos are my current pet hate.
