    If you have spyware problems - use Spybot

    If your having problems of slow web/computer, then download spybot. It's free to use and very effective. Also update windows and download windows defender. For anti virus I recommend Avast as a free anti virus. Norton will kill you computer speed.

    You can't in vista, they did it so you don't watch you computer every two minutes defragging

    Your computer is probably full of spyware, try using 'spybot' to remove it and update windows with latest 'windows update'. Search google for those two words I've highlighted to see what I mean.
