Yes the codes we were given did work. We were given two four-digit codes, one ending A and the other ending B. They armed/disarmed the system as expected. It's just that on this occasion there was the power cut and the codes are no longer seemingly working. Just so I understand this properly...

Ok - so if I replace my battery all the codes will work? Or are you saying that it got into that state in the first place because when the mains went out the battery was dead which caused the issue.
