OK, it appears that it's an anti vacuum valve, and there is no-one with stock that's open - are there any alternatives? I think actually from reading another thread that I shouldn't be working on it?

I can't put it back, it's leaking at the top of that valve, so I'll need a replacement first

Thanks, would a plumber be able to do that? I might have to replace the (what I think is) the pressure relief valve in order to have water and schedule and appointment during normal hours.

I have this sorted now, in fact I just removed the part you see in one of the pics, I had assumed this was not part of the old shower head.

Even more sure now Pic 1 Pic 2 I took the cover off an the alarm panel sounded, so I quickly reset it using the code I know, which worked to shut it off

Thanks, I'll have to try and contact the previous owner and see if I can get the master code. In the interm, I also contacted pyronix today, they gave pretty much the same answer. I also contacted the security firm who installed the alarm, the lady didn't really understand what I was on about...

Wow, perfect thread, because I'm in the same situation. I read the thread a few times, and I believe that resetting the master code is possible. It also looks like sparkyma was involved somehow. dpm_dpmartin, or anyone else, how did you go about getting the master code reset? Thanks
