Not sure. I used 183 m3 over the same period. That was in a 3 bed bungalow that was built 20 years ago. Boiler 440cdi condenser. Heating and hot water. I would have thought it depends on property and where in the country you are plus how warm you like to be.
We've been using Dairy bleach for a couple of years now. Costs about £15 for about 25litres. Mix it 10 to 1 with water. Works a treat. I just leave it on, don't wash off. Just be careful by the flower beds. Get it from a farm supplies.
Yes simple job
2 men. or 1 man and 1 wife
I Took all screws out. You might not have to
It is just a matter of pushing bracket into glider, screwing channel back

If it is like mine the white bit of the channel clips off, Try a Knife. Once you get it started it is easy. Once off there should be holes on the opposite side of the channel.
hope that helps[/b]
Thanks
Just looked at the boiler manual, It's plug ST10 not ST20. Also I am using volt free therefore I am not using the neutral, I have connected as follows Ls boiler to Com thermostat, Lr boiler to N/O thermostat, Everything seems to be working fine. I am just asking to put my mined at rest...

Hi guys
After some advice, have the above boiler but require to do some central heating pipework mods over a couple of days. Is it ok to isolate the central heating side on the service valves Flow/Return on the boiler but continue using the hot water. Obviously if I break into the CH pipework...
