The pump runs when only the Hot Water is switched on at the controller - no actual taps etc. are on anywhere. Also... on furthur inspection it is a Danfoss HSA3 actuator

Thanks, will check out the valve. Can it be un-seized or will it need replacing? Also, should the CH pump be coming on (it is at the mo)? Or is that somehow related to the seized valve?
