Starting to work on my outhouse building just need help identifying the roof inside and can I treat or prime and paint ? Or do I go about insulating it .

yes its a gas meter and connects to the meter looks like its all connected to the fire alarm system. The wire cannot be earthed on other side due to obstacles and i believe thats why the sparky has run it along the top and then down by the trellis, which is now gone.

I have a wire on front of house i purchased. Need ideas on how to conceal it better was previously tacked to the side of a trellis, which we have removed.
