Thanks, that makes sense I guess. Shame they didn't have something more useful to display like percentage battery life left. But maybe that wouldn't be very accurate either !!!!

Ah OK, many thanks. But the ambient temperature is only about 17 or 18deg C, so I'm unsure to what temperature its showing me ?

I have recently fitted a new Texecom Wireless shock and contact sensor ( Impaq SC-W ) connected via a Wireless Expander ( 8XP-W ) to my Elite 48 control unit. All firmwares are up to date. Everything works fine as it should do, but when I look on the latest Texecom app at this sensor it shows...

I've just added a new 8way wireless expander 8XP-W (GCD-0001) to my existing Elite 48. Currently only programmed with one Impaq SC-W from an outbuilding to the expander. Everything seems to be working fine, but later when I went through the Wintex diagnostics I noticed a Network Error code...

I think its sorted now. It seems to be connected to a problem I had with part arming on my other post. Under 'Keypad setups' I had the "Use keypad area" unselected for some reason. After ticking it, I now have full control of my keyboard under any circumstance :)

I think I've cracked it. The "Use Keypad Areas" under the keypad options was unselected ! ? From the manual it says :- When selected, the keypad sounder and arming control is determined by the area that the keypad is assigned to. When deselected, the keypad becomes an ‘Area Arm Suite’...

The panel is version 6.02.00. But I'm wondering if all this has something to do with my other problem I've listed on here regarding Part arming ? Total factory reset is on the cards right now !

I unprogrammed the suites as below. The alarm does absolutely nothing now, I cannot arm it all by entering codes or keyfobs or pressing quick arms, either full or part. I think I'm looking at complete factory reset and start again !
