Ian... thanks for an in-depth posting. I have had 3 seals on my Barcelona (rebadged as the 100HE)... all have blown bottom left and caused lockouts. One question... how noisy is your boiler? Does it sound like a turbine when it ramps up or can't you really hear it? Cheers, Tim
