Rad is 600 tall

Thanks, just measured it and it's slightly to small, problem is the rad is showing to be too small for the room with the BTU calculator??

Hi we have just had our radiators replaced and I am sure that the plumber has fitted a rad that is too small, when we measured up (imperial) we thought we could get a 500 in, but he has fitted a 400 with spacers. I questioned this but he said that's all that can fit, how do I check??
