there is a 15mm bypass at the pump, boiler is not really noisy,makes a slight noise when it comes online,but i think this is from the fan. thanks.

boiler classic ff250-boiler goes on/off every minute roughly pump keeps running but romstat and cyl/stat dont reach set point even when run seperate any help appreciated
