Thanks for the response. I did agree to scaffolding, I'm trying to be nice, but the drain was a push to far without asking.

That doesn't really answer my question. I want to know if I can reasonably ask them to remove it and put back my block paving.

Just added some. The brick wall is their house and new extension, the block paving drive is mine - with the new black drain cover which they have put in.

My neighbour is having their house extended. I have no problem with that, but when I returned from holiday I found that they had put a drain at the edge of my driveway close to where the new extension is being built. They never mentioned they were going to do this. Are they allowed to do this...
