i guess tracking might be same as wheel alignments. My tyres are 2018. Although apart from 6yrs old, it might be from my crv front wheels maybe off tracking. i might change my front struts first then replace the bad tyres and get a wheel alightment done. hopefully problems will go away.

thanks John. Its not hitting the bumper stop. i checked both springs they are not broken and fully in placed, ok conditions. i believe that the struts are liquid filled instead of air. visually they are very dry. The vehicle not jump arround. Tyre pressure is just below from the spec.
