Thanks will check, boiler has been pretty poor for DHW since it was installed so may have to live with it until I can afford a better unit.

Many thanks guys, water diverter valve has been overhauled and is now working ok. However now that this issue has been resolved the hot water is not getting hot enough to run a bath without having the water flow running really slow, Any ideas on how to resolve this!
