    what do you mean when you say you "tried the one in the house"? did you have the same problem with the home PS connected to the home TV? did you try your home PS in the car? I mean, did you carry the PS into the car, disconnect the car one, connect the home one, and try it?

    No, I didn't get the impression the home ps was tried in the car. If so, and same problem, then I reckon the monitors are NTSC. If games work fine, then it's obviously not a dodgy connection!
